The team at Indigo Web are fortunate and grateful to be able to seamlessly work remotely. Our business is not directly impacted, and our focus is to remain open and support our clients the best we can at this time.

We are fully operational and ready to help

We are taking the necessary measures to protect ourselves and our team. Suffice to say, we are following best practices in social distancing, hand washing and staying healthy and safe. The only changes from our end are that we now work from home full-time, we no longer meet in person with clients and are utilising phone and video conferencing as alternatives.

How can we help?

Some of our clients will be impacted more than others. To help out, we will be assisting specific clients to find solutions and help keep them afloat. We are:

• Contacting clients we believe will be affected and are offering ideas, support, and assistance where we are able.
• Providing flexible payment terms with directly affected businesses.
• Providing significant discounts on new website builds for directly affected businesses (new projects only).
• Waiving security patching fees for affected businesses.
• Providing significant discounts on hosting for directly affected businesses.
